TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Booking Deposit

A $99 deposit is required to initiate the booking process for your Home Health Screening. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the total balance of your selected service.

After payment is received, you will be redirected to schedule your preferred appointment date and complete our required Home Health Questionnaire.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due upon completion of your in-home screening. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or ACH transfer.

4. Service Area

We currently serve families in the Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse regions of Upstate New York. Appointments outside this area may require a travel fee, disclosed prior to booking.

5. Scope of Service

Your Home Health Screening includes:

  • A 144+ Point Toxicity Assessment
  • EMF exposure measurements
  • Indoor air and water quality testing
  • Surface toxin review
  • A Personalized Detox Plan

Home Health Defense is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice. All findings and recommendations are based on in-home environmental data and are for informational purposes only.

By placing a booking deposit, you agree that Home Health Defense does not guarantee health outcomes and that participation is voluntary.

7. The “Can’t Unsee It” Guarantee

We don’t do fluff. We do truth. If your screening doesn’t uncover real, valuable insight into hidden threats in your home — and we fail to deliver the full 144+ Point Assessment — we’ll credit you $100 toward a future service.
